We live in rural Western Michigan on an 80-acre family farm. Our AKC English Springer Spaniels are raised as part of our family. Our children and now our grandchildren have found the joy and companionship that a springer brings them. We breed for excellent temperament, sound structure and health. Walk, jog, hunt, or sit and watch TV, our springers are the companion you need - they just love to be with you!

You have just purchased an AKC English Springer Spaniel. Your puppy has received his/her age-appropriate vaccinations (Vanguard Plus 5) and worming to date. Puppies may NOT be fully immunized against puppy diseases until all 3 vaccinations have been given. Please do not expose your new puppy to any new places where disease is a concern during this time. You the buyer, are fully responsible to maintain your puppy’s health through continued vaccinations according to your veterinarian’s recommendations. Please take every precaution with your new precious puppy.
This guarantee covers your puppy for one year from date of birth against fatal and life altering congenital diseases that cause sudden death or would lead to the decision of euthanizing. PLEASE contact us first when and if this is a consideration of yours. We must receive a written letter from your licensed veterinarian stating your puppy has been euthanized as well as the reason your puppy was euthanized before a puppy will be replaced. You may of course choose to keep your dog and treat him/her for the defect verses having him/her euthanized if he/she is not in any pain while on medication. In the event of a death before or on said date, I must receive a necropsy report from your vet stating that your puppy passed away as a result of a genetic default, nothing caused by the purchaser, deliberate or accidental.
In such an event I will provide purchaser with a replacement puppy, same sex, of equal value from current or future litter when available. No monies will be exchanged under any exceptions. If replacement puppy needs to be shipped purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges as well as any transportation charges occurred by purchaser. I will not be held liable for any veterinary bills you may acquire during the lifetime of your puppy.
This guarantee does not cover inguinal hernias, umbilical hernias, entropion eye lid surgery, cherry eye, ear infections or ear surgery, dew claw re-growth, allergies, parasites and worms of any kind, fleas, mites as these are not life threatening diseases when treated with Veterinarian care.
Shipping options – I prefer that you pick up your puppy directly from our home. If that is not possible, shipping is offered to your nearest major airport for an additional charge. I also offer personal delivery depending on where you are located – for a fee.
If you are interested in purchasing a puppy, please email or call to make sure the puppy is available. A deposit of $50.00 is required to hold the puppy until he/she is ready to go home. The deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy. Please make sure you are ready to accept the responsibility of a puppy before placing a deposit as deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due one week before shipping if shipped or if personally delivered, by money order or cash. Money order or cash is due on the day you pick up your new puppy.
Although this dog may have full AKC registration, he/she is intended as a companion/pet dog only and is NOT guaranteed to be of breeding quality.
I have read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof, agree to its terms and conditions and acknowledge receipt of the same. There are no other guarantees or verbal statements not contained herein.
